The exact removal instructions vary from car to car. But the basic theory is this, *you seperate the clear lens from the headlight mount (sometimes has silicone sealing it, you need heat gun) *take the orange lens & use a heat gun until the plastic starts to peel off. Then use pliers to pull of the orange. *clean off all the residue, then get a clear sealant spray *spray the inside with clear sealant *change your clear light bulbs for orange ones so you don't get a ticket. Wam Bam, you got clear corners. Make sure if you do have to remove silicone you replace it otherwise your headlights will get moisture in them
The answer to how to clean your headlight lens depends on how dirty your lens is. If it just has bug juice and road grime any good car soap will clean it, just be carefull not to scratch the plastic. However if your lens is really yellowed or the clear coat cracked then you will need kit designed to clean the lens.
