In mythology, the planet Venus is associated with the goddess of love and beauty, which is typically represented as female. However, assigning gender to a planet in scientific terms is not applicable. Venus is a terrestrial planet named after the Roman goddess Venus, and it does not have a biological sex.

No. Mercury IS a planet. The Sun has planets because they revolve around it. A planet has a moon - because the moon revolves around the planet.

Planet Mercury is exactly that... A planet. It doesn't have a gender. In Roman Mythology, Mercury was male, in Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury was female.
