i thought ozone is o2 rather than o and our systems use o and are not able to use o2 and as a consequence if o2 is present in sufficient quantity to displace enough o you can be asphixiated.not absolutely certain about that but it is what i recall when being given a warning about using some high voltage test equipment which can produce ozone.i also recall that ozone is odourless and what you smell is other chemical products which may be result from the creation of the o2.
Yes, ozone can be harmful if inhaled in high concentrations. It can irritate the respiratory system and worsen conditions like Asthma and bronchitis. Long-term exposure to high levels of ozone can also lead to lung damage.
The ozone layer itself is not poisonous; in fact, it plays a vital role in protecting us from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. However, ground-level ozone (a component of smog) can be harmful to human health when breathed in, causing respiratory issues and exacerbating conditions such as asthma.
Ozone is created by UV rays. It is created in stratosphere.
Atmospheric ozone is mainly produced from the reaction of oxygen molecules (O2) with ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. This reaction results in the formation of ozone molecules (O3) in the stratosphere. Ozone can also be produced from human activities, such as the release of certain pollutants and chemicals.
The ozone produced during baking bread is typically in very low concentrations and is not emitted in harmful amounts. Ozone can be harmful at high concentrations, such as in air pollution, but in the case of baking bread, the levels are too low to pose a risk to human health.
Ozone in the Earth's stratosphere protects us from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays by absorbing and filtering out these rays. However, ozone at ground level is harmful to breathe as it can irritate the respiratory system, leading to breathing difficulties and other health issues.
Ozone is poisonous. It is a greenhouse gas.

When doing anything, ozone is not poisonous. Ozone is just an oxidizer. It can damage lung tissue, but it is not poisonous. And ozone has nothing to do with baking bread.
ozone
The bluish poisonous gas which is a type of allotrope of oxygen is named "ozone".
Ozone depletion means that there is less ozone than there was. We worry about ozone depletion in the upper atmosphere. At the surface, the less the better; it's poisonous.
Ozone is a poisonous gas, but it must be concentrated to harm you. The ozone that is given off by baking bread isn't enough to be a danger. Also, even if the bread did give off enough ozone to possibly be a danger, it wouldn't be concentrated, so it would be nearly impossible (if not completely impossible) to be poisoned by it.
An unstable and poisonous allotrope of oxygen. It's formula is O3.
Ozone, although in large quantities it can also be poisonous.
