I don't know but here's a quick way to find out: if you have a pool use one of your PH test strips and dip it into the milk... If you don't own a pool or somrhing likes hot tub either borrow a strip from a neighbor or buy a pack... These strips are made to show you if chemicals are balanced in a pool or hot tub and will show you if somrhing is more alkaline or acid...: hope this helps...
