Very carefully. I wouldn't recommend it.
The Soviet Venera probes that landed on Venus discovered that the surface of Venus is extremely hot, and that the atmosphere of Venus is highly corrosive and filled with sulfuric acid.

∙ 15y agoCurrently, it is not possible for a man to land on Venus due to its extremely harsh conditions, such as high temperatures, toxic atmosphere, and powerful winds. Any spacecraft or probe sent to Venus would face immense challenges in terms of surviving these conditions.
Wiki User
∙ 13y agoNo, man will not be able to land on venus. The temperature on the surface is hot enough to melt lead. So if any person were to step foot on the surface they would instantly die.
Current space probes that have landed on Venus have barely lasted hours.
Wiki User
∙ 12y agoWell it would be dreadful because you'll get lashed by sulphuric acid rain that stinks of rotten eggs and you'll be in baking hot temperatures and the surface of Venus is hostile and ugly like the medieval version of hell as Karl Sagan described.
Wiki User
∙ 11y agoYes, it is possible. A few decades ago several space probes from the USSR did land on Venus. However they did not survive for long.
Wiki User
∙ 8y agoYes, you would because Venus has so much atmosphere that you can die of air pressure, the planet is so hot and because it can suffocate you to death.
Wiki User
∙ 14y agoNo. It is very dangerous and hot there. You couldn't even land on it before getting crushed by the atmospheric pressure.
Wiki User
∙ 15y agoActually, yes they can. Although it's atmosphere is highly filtered with carbon dioxide it is possible to approach the planet...VENUS
