Yes it is, Over 80% of the men of the world have a foreskin and would no more think of cutting it of themselves or their children then they would think of chopping of an arm or a finger. Removing an important part of the body is by general standards abnormal and engaged in by religions that don't have to explain using reasoning and to a lesser degree by people that have been convinced for no good reason that it is healthy to do so.
