∙ 15y agoNo, it's an angiosperm. Yup. A gymnosperm's seeds are not enclosed in a protective covering of some sort. So therefore if the seed is not protected, it is not a gymnosperm. A tulip is not a gymnosperm. I hope this helps clear that up a bit! :)
