If you take a specific country for example Bangladesh and you live in the USA, then there are a few problems you will face for both a business and leisure traveler

LEISURE TRAVELER: If you are a leisure traveler, and travel half way through the world means you're traveling into a different time zone, which can lead to jet lag. If you do get affected by jet lag then your circadian rhythm (your body clock) is confused during your holiday. This means you will sleep and be awake at the wrong times of the day. This means you will sleep during the day and be awake during the night. If this does occur then you would miss out on all of your activities ruining your holiday.

BUSINESS TRAVELER: Just like the way a leisure traveler is affected, a business traveler is affected in a similar way. The circadian rhythm is confused and there is a possibility that you sleep during your meeting...

HOPE THIS HELPS!

GOOD LUCK! :)

Time zones can affect leisure and business travelers by causing jet lag, which can impact sleep patterns and overall well-being. It can also affect scheduled meetings, tours, and activities due to differences in local time. Travelers may need to adjust their routines and schedules to accommodate time differences when crossing multiple time zones.
