From what I have personally observed, crazy crust does not seem to be a franchise-wide offer. I am not sure how many of their stores offer crazy crust (I know personally that certain stores in Idaho and Texas do and that my local store in California does not. In fact, the workers looked at me like I was crazy when I requested it). However, for those stores that do know what it is and offer it, it is (or should be from my observation) free.
