You don't need daily replenishment; it's already in the cells of your body. ATP (adenosinetriphosphate) routinely changes back and forth from ADP (adenosineDIphosphate) to store and transport energy. Eventually, of course, you'll need to take in more phosphorus, but that's in a normal diet.
