It all depends on just what do you mean by solar system.
We can't use miles or meters to measure the solar system since it is so large. We have to use astronomical units. 1 AU is the average distance from the Earth to the Sun, or approximately 150 million kilometers or 93 million miles. If you could drive your car at highway speeds, from the Sun all the way out to Pluto, it would take you more than 6,000 years to complete the trip.
The true size of the Solar System is defined by the reach of its gravity; how far away an object can
still be said to orbit the Sun.
In the furthest reaches of the Solar System is the Oort Cloud; a cloud of icy objects that could orbit the Sun to a distance of 100,000 astronomical units, or 1.87 light-years away.
The Sun’s gravity dominates local space out to a distance of about 2 light-years, or almost half the
distance from the Sun to the nearest star: Proxima Centauri. Believe it or not, any object within
this region would probably be orbiting the Sun, and can be thought to be a part of the Solar System.
At those distances, it would take you 19 million years to complete the journey in a car to the edge
of the Solar System.
Uranus is about 31,763 miles (51,118 kilometers) wide at its equator.
Valles Marineris is the largest canyon in the solar system, located on Mars. It stretches for over 2,500 miles (4,000 km) in length, up to 7 miles (11 km) in depth, and is up to 120 miles (200 km) wide.
Mercury is not the largest of the planets in the solar system. It is the smallest planet. The biggest planet in the solar system is Jupiter, which is about 143,000 kilometers wide at its equator.
Eros is around 16.8 miles (27 kilometers) long and 8 miles (13 kilometers) wide. It is one of the largest asteroids in our solar system.
Arkansas is approximately 240 miles wide from its eastern border with Tennessee to its western border with Oklahoma.
No known planet in our solar system is about 1 million miles wide. The largest planet, Jupiter, has a diameter of about 86,881 miles. The largest known dwarf planet, Eris, has a diameter of about 1,445 miles.
Valles Marineris is a canyon system on Mars, the fourth planet from the Sun in our solar system. It is one of the largest canyons in the solar system, stretching over 2,500 miles long, up to 7 miles wide, and reaches depths of up to 4 miles.
-- Mercury the planet is very nearly a sphere, with diameter 4,880 km (3,032 miles).-- Mercury the element is a liquid at room temperature, and spreads to occupy the widthof whatever container it's in.(Don't try this at home. Mercury the element is poisonous.)

It was thought to be mars's Olympus Mons that held title for the largest volcano in the solar system however new evidence points that it might actually be on earth. The volcano is called Tamu Massif and sits in the Pacific Ocean it is said to be a whopping 400 miles wide and the magma chamber extends over 1,200 miles into the earth!
The major axis of solar system is the Neptune's orbit. It is 4.5 billion kilometers wide.
CA (California) is 250 miles wide. CA (Canada) is 3426 miles wide.
The Bahamas are in total 110 miles wide, with Nassau, the capital, being 21 miles wide.
