Very Fast!

If roots are dry and leaves are drooping and you water them, it takes less than an hour or so before the leaves start standing back up towards the light...so i think it takes water less than an hour to travel from roots to all the leaves.

Just like the tospey turvey! Well, the water and nutrients travel very fast to the plants because the roots are at the top so the dont have to travel very far down.

How do fast tsunamis travel in deep water?

Fast tsunamis travel in deep water because they have long wavelengths and low amplitudes, allowing them to move quickly with minimal energy loss. The speed of a tsunami is determined by the depth of the water it is traveling through, with deeper water supporting faster wave propagation. Tsunamis are not affected by surface friction in deep water, which also contributes to their fast travel speed.

How fast does a plant grows?

It depends.on if the plant has enough water, sun, nutrients, shelter, etc.

What is fast growth rate in plants?

Fast growth rate in plants refers to the ability of plants to rapidly increase in size and develop new tissues. This can be influenced by factors such as environmental conditions (light, water, nutrients), genetics, and the overall health of the plant. Fast-growing plants tend to have higher rates of photosynthesis, cell division, and nutrient uptake, allowing them to grow quickly compared to plants with slower growth rates.

How does salt water and soda affect plants?

Salt water can dehydrate plants and disrupt their ability to absorb nutrients due to high levels of sodium. Soda contains sugar and chemicals that can harm plant roots and soil, potentially leading to stunted growth or even death in severe cases. It is best to avoid using salt water or soda in plant care.

What happens when you water plants with different kinds of water?

Using different kinds of water, such as tap water, distilled water, or rainwater, can impact the health of plants. Tap water may have minerals that could build up in the soil over time and affect plant growth. Distilled water lacks minerals that plants need for growth, while rainwater is usually the best option as it is natural and contains nutrients that plants can absorb easily.

3 Do plants grow with a liquid other than water?

Plants primarily need water for growth, but they also require nutrients found in soil or fertilizer solutions, not necessarily pure liquids. These nutrients, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, play essential roles in plant growth and development. Additionally, some specialized plants, like carnivorous plants, may derive nutrients from insects or other small organisms.

Why do plants grow so quickly?

They only grow fast if they get their required nutrients such as macro and micro elements which again depends on many other factors such as soil water pH value, etc.
