Stormwater can carry pollutants such as debris, chemicals, and bacteria from urban areas into the ocean, contaminating local beaches. This can lead to beach closures due to health concerns for swimmers and negative impacts on marine ecosystems. Proper management of stormwater through filtration systems and green infrastructure can help reduce these impacts.
Storm surge's are dangerous because it sweeps across the coast where the hurricane lands. As the hurricane comes onshore, the water comes with it,Storm surges can cause great damage, washing away beaches and destroying buildings across the coastThe height of the sea can reach levels that can damage coastal areas (Katrina in New Orleans in 2005).
Sediment yield affects water quality by carrying pollutants and nutrients, which can impact drinking water sources. It also affects water storage capacity in reservoirs by reducing their efficiency and lifespan. Therefore, understanding sediment yield is crucial for effectively managing water supplies and ensuring sustainable water resources.
A storm surge is slight rise in the ocean associated with a tropical cyclone, which manifests itself as a large rise in water level at the shore as the storm hits. This can vary from a few feet to 20 feet or more. It is a consequence of both the low pressure at the center of the storm raising the ocean surface as well as the wind pushing the water in the direction the storm is moving. This surge is not to be taken lightly as most deaths occur because of this surge. It can inundate seasides and entire towns and sadly, the unwary are usually its victims. The storm surge is a bulge of water created by a hurricane. The pressure in a hurricane is very low and as a result the water level in a hurricane rises. When a hurricane hits land the storm surge comes ashore as well, flooding coastal areas. The storm surge is responsible for 90% of hurricane deaths.Surge. When there is a storm at sea, it will cause the waves at the shore to be higher than normal.
Polluted water affects water cycle. It also affects photosynthesis.
because of water
waves and currents make the shore bigger
beaches form with sand and water
A storm surge forms when strong winds from a storm push water towards the shore, causing water levels to rise above normal levels. This surge of water can cause coastal flooding, erode beaches, and overwhelm coastal defenses, resulting in significant damage to infrastructure and loss of life.

Cuba is an Island and it is surrounded by water, It has more than 300 beaches :)

No but most islands have beaches considering they are completely surrounded by water
Our beaches would be full of rocks..
Generally, beaches found on oceans and their estuaries will be salt water, and the remainder of the beaches found upstream will be fresh.
Well the best beaches for my money is the Emerald Coast Beaches from Panama City Beach to Fort Walton Beach. But the water may be a little cool for the water activities. So for "parties" and water activities head down to South Beach to Fort Lauderdale. The beaches depend on the location and the cleanliness of the water.
It is the water at beaches
