The answer is not that simple. Cells divided into two smaller ones is called cell reproduction. If its to be perfect, no, there are always flaws in it. A cancer is a self, mass reproduction cell, that begins in one single affected cell. But! It reproducing the same like a perfect cell, but the DNA is all scramble in it like mutation affected by our modern ways. That's how we call it a disease! You found how Cancer divides itself so fast and we adjust the cell not to be sick, could you create a vaccine that not only cure forever this disease and help human body to heal faster.
