Assuming that a part of something is still joined to the concrete with a Liquid Nails Adhesive, the best way to remove the part is to get some windshield removal wire from an auto parts store (you can get handles there for the wire, as well) and saw the part off, starting at one corner and working through to the other side. Having removed the part, the residue can be softened by coating it with a light layer of baby oil or mineral oil (same thing) and allow it to soak in and soften for several hours. As the oil is absorbed, apply additional oil to the concrete surface. The softened adhesive can then be scraped off with a scraper. The remaining residue can then be removed by wire brushing and rubbing with a cloth that has mineral spirits applied to it. Repeat until the residue has been removed. To dissolve Liquid Nails from a cement surface, you can try using a solvent like acetone or mineral spirits. Apply the solvent to the adhesive and let it sit for a few minutes to soften the bond. Then, gently scrape off the softened adhesive with a putty knife or scraper. Repeat the process as needed until the adhesive is fully removed.
yes it will I've tried it
Nail polish typically consists of liquid solvents, resins, pigments, and additives that combine to form a liquid product. When applied to nails, the liquid nail polish dries to form a solid coating.

No, Sprite cannot dissolve a nail. Sprite is a carbonated soft drink made primarily of water, sugar, and natural flavors, and does not have the chemical properties to dissolve metal like a nail.
Water is the most common liquid that can cause a nail to rust due to the presence of oxygen and moisture, which triggers the oxidation process on iron in the nail. Other liquids that are acidic or contain salts can also accelerate the rusting process.
If the Liquid Nail is a small area, yes, but not if the entire tile surface is over it.
When water and nail polish mix, the nail polish will form droplets or streaks on the surface of the water due to differences in density and surface tension. The nail polish will not dissolve or mix with the water because they are not chemically compatible.
Use acetone.
