Competition, how many like business will you be sharing the market with in a given location? Demographics, who are the people you will most likely serve? Knowing the neighborhood Demographics will help with understanding their needs, & wants allowing you to serve them better. Locational assets such as visibility for optimum volume for walk-in traffic, and general ease of access, storage space, fleet management, etc. And lastly Governmental Regulations, as each municipality has certain restrictions, incentives, and rules, that may effect the overall cost of doing business relative to compliance to specific laws or civic culture.
