You can boost white blood cells by maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and managing stress levels. Certain foods, such as citrus fruits, garlic, ginger, and spinach, can also help support white blood cell production. Additionally, avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can contribute to a healthier immune system.

White blood cells are designed to find invasive cells that don't belong in your body. When they find those cells, they engulf them ,which ends up killing them.

White blood cells also store the memory of all the diseases they have fought off in the past, and if that same virus or bacteria comes into the body again, they can send out an anecdote that they have made that kills them immediately. This is why we never get the exact same disease, like chicken pox, twice.
