Charities can help reduce poverty by providing direct aid to those in need, such as food, clothing, and shelter. They can also offer job training programs, educational opportunities, and financial assistance to help individuals build skills and gain economic stability. Additionally, charities can advocate for policies that address the root causes of poverty and work to create systemic change.
A dehumidifier can help to reduce moisture levels in a home, but it will not directly reduce radon levels. To reduce radon levels, you would need to implement radon mitigation techniques such as sealing cracks in the foundation or installing a radon mitigation system.

Short-term aid charities provided immediate relief after the tsunami by delivering essential supplies such as food, water, shelter, and medical assistance. Trees help reduce the risk of landslides by stabilizing the soil with their root systems, which hold the soil in place and reduce erosion. The roots also increase the permeability of the soil, allowing water to infiltrate instead of running off and causing erosion. The canopy of trees intercepts rainfall, reducing the amount of water that reaches the soil and potentially triggering a landslide.

Reduce hunting and trash, also donating money to charities for animals.
Charities raise money and give it to the poor they could spend it on food to give them or it could go towards a home. If the charities help countries it could help make a better educational system, get better health services, give them clean water, help them build homes or go towards other local charities that feed the children and help them with nutrition ect.. but if they give the money to the Government they may spend it on themselves. Thats all I could think of (:
