For me, it depends on what you mean by the heliocentric view. If it is that the Sun is at the centre and the planets revolve around it, then, no, the Creationist view and the Heliocentric view are not in conflict.

It's only when you start looking into theories of how the Sun/planets and in fact the universe started that you can get conflict..
