A natural satellite is a moon. Saturn has sixty-two known moons, fifty-three of which actually have official names. There are hundreds of smaller objects that make up Saturn's rings. Saturn's moon Titan is larger than the planet Mercury, and is the second largest moon in the solar system.
Saturn has no artificial satellites (or at least, none that we have discovered). The only planet that we know to have artificial satellites is our own planet, the Earth. We have not discovered any other intelligent species on other planets, so there is no one else to launch such satellites other than us, and we have not colonized other planets (although we have sent robotic probes to investigate them - but those probes have not become satellites, they have just passed by).
You probably mean to ask about natural satellites as opposed to artificial satellites. In terms of neutrality, all satellites are neutral. In any event, the planet Jupiter has the most natural satellites, of any planet in our solar system. The planet Earth has the most artificial satellites.

Saturn's three man-made satellites are Cassini, Huygens, and Dragonfly. Cassini was an orbiter and Huygens was a lander, while Dragonfly is set to be a rotorcraft lander designed for Titan.
Venus has no natural satellites. It does have two artificial satellites (space probes). Venus is one of the two planets in our solar system (together with Mercury) that have no moon/natural satellite.
does saturn have satellites or robots
No.

Yes, robots have not landed on Saturn itself, but the Cassini spacecraft spent over 13 years studying the planet and its moons before intentionally plunging into Saturn's atmosphere in 2017. No satellites have landed on Saturn.
Artificial satellites don't have any opinions, or if they do, they keep it to themselves. Natural satelites don't say anything either.
no i can not that is why i am asking you.
As of March 2011, there are 53 known natural satellites of Saturn.
there is no satellites orbiting Saturn

All the satellites, communications, exploratory, military etc. are artificial satellites of Earth.
There is one natural satellite (The Moon) and thousand are artificial satellites launched by various countries.
