As per modern atomic model, the neutrons would be packed along with protons in the nucleus because of nuclear force. The electrons are considered to be revolving around the nucleus. So electrons are not packed close to the neutrons.

∙ 14y agoElectrons do not like to be close to each other because they are all negatively charged. Like charges repel each other, leading to electron-electron repulsion. This is why electrons tend to spread out in an atom rather than clumping together.

An electron plus an electron will repel each other due to their negative charges. This is because like charges repel each other according to the principles of electromagnetism.
like forces repel, unlike forces attract(:
Repel, because like charges repel each other
Electron clouds repel each other because electrons are negatively charged particles. Like charges repel each other according to the principles of electrostatic force. Therefore, the negatively charged electrons within the clouds push against each other, resulting in repulsion.
One type of repulsive force operating on atoms brought close together is the electron-electron repulsion. This occurs when the negatively charged electrons in each atom come into close proximity, causing a repulsive force due to their like charges.

No they are just close friends! But I wish they like each other
They are close to each other and like to be in each other company
Far from each other.... like half way around the world.
No. A close friend is a person that you can tell anything to. If your crush is just a crush and you two like each other.... it doesn't necessarily mean that they are your close friend.

A few are relatively close, like the ones that are in a binary orbit with each other, but most are LIGHT YEARS away from each other...
If you like each other and your really close just kiss her.

We were all very closely bonded like sisters.
they like each other but they don't love each other emotionally
Seamus and Hermione were never shown very close in the books but they has no reason not to like each other as friends. However they did not love each other.
