Nose and ears
Two parts of the body that continue to grow throughout life are the nose and the ears. They may appear larger as we age due to changes in cartilage and tissue density.
The nose and ears are two body parts that continue to grow throughout a person's lifetime. This is due to the aging process, which can cause cartilage and tissue in these areas to continue growing, leading to changes in size and shape over time.
The ears and nose grow though out a person's life time.
Many bones are still developing, in a newborn baby. The skull, for example, exists in sections that are not fully fused together into a single bone. The same is true of many other bones.
You can only reduce the size of your ears through plastic surgery. If you are a young person there is a phase in a person's development where the ears seem bigger than the head and seem to stick out. We all go through this. I can tell you that in most cases this will disappear as you get older and grow more. A short term solution is to grow your hair longer over the ears.
your ears grow your whole life, but I do believe they grow a little more during puberty.

Just use your imagination and tell people on the internet that you have cat ears. Maybe you can grow them from a spell, spells can be used for a lot of stuff. And maybe you can request a prosthetic pair of ears. I'm not sure about any of these answers but it's all I can think of. :/ I wanna grow cat ears too!
