Can you use a 12v 14amp battery on my MZ 125 even though the manual advises a 12v 9 amp. Its just that i want to add a few extra electrical bits to the bike.?

The battery is there for when the bike is not running and the generator is not working. You might need a bigger generator rather than a bigger battery.
