Yes you can, but you would have to hold your breath and make sure that you exhale quickly, because underwater there is no oxygen. You will hear it but the projectile will not go as fast because the water will slow it down. You would not be able to fire another shot unless you supply your own oxygen or surface and inhale.
It'd be difficult but in essence, it could be possible. Suck in the air above, blow REALLY hard out.. It probably wouldn't pierce skin though.
No, a blowgun cannot be fired in space because it requires air to propel the projectile forward. In the vacuum of space, there is no medium for the air pressure to push against, so the blowgun would not work.
Yes but only with an external air supply.
Underwater landslides, Underwater volcanic eruptions, and Underwater earthquakes
Underwater eruptions cause tsunamis and cause lava to form and underwater ridge.
Yes
They are not protected, but just possessing a blow gun is illegal in many areas. Need locale to answer accurately

Its called dart. Blowgun dart, for sure!
At a store that deals with that brand of blowgun.
As regards torpedoes or missiles, yes, the submarine has weapons that can be launched underwater.
No, but he would become dizzy. However, you could hear the sound of a blowgun because of the sompressed air that follows the expulsion of the blowgun projectile. He will also be pushed back by the air of the blowgun exiting the barrel. As soon as someone takes off the space helmet the skin will immediately boil and freeze; longer exposure will result in unconsciousness and fatal death. So yes it is possible to shoot a blowgun on the moon but you will have to be really quick to exhale and put your helmet back on,otherwise you will notbe able to use the weapon in outer space.
yes. the gun will shoot but the bullet will not go to far due to the friction.
It's possible, but not recommended practice.
No.
No shoot that I know of. The only underwater scene I could recall her in is in the movie The Stepfather. The scene gets disrupted by the title character where she and her on screen boyfriend are forced to surface.
To shoot a bullet without a gun, you could use a slingshot, a crossbow, or a blowgun. These tools use different mechanisms to propel the bullet without the need for a firearm.
