Pathogens can be things like viruses or bacteria which have things called antigens on them. These antigens are proteins on the pathogen that let the body know that the pathogen is potentially dangerous. This induces the immune response.
Hope this helps!

Leukemia is the type of cancer that can cause white blood cells to attack red blood cells. This occurs when the abnormal white blood cells recognize red blood cells as foreign and begin attacking them.
The skin is your body's first defense in fighting infections and foreign substances. Your digestive system is your next defense.
White blood cells can recognize foreign cells or pathogens through proteins on their surface called antigens. These antigens are like identification tags that the immune system uses to distinguish between "self" and "non-self" cells. When white blood cells encounter cells with foreign antigens, they trigger an immune response to attack and eliminate the intruders.
White blood cells
Tc cells are cytotoxic cells that are "effetors" of cellular immunity that carry out the attack on a foreign cells in other words Tc cells kill cells that have been infected by a foreign substance

Antibodies are made by a type of white blood cell called B cells. When the body detects the presence of a foreign substance (antigen), B cells are activated to produce antibodies specific to that antigen. These antibodies work to help the immune system recognize and eliminate the invader.
False. Red blood cells are not called macrophages. Macrophages are a type of white blood cell that helps to recognize, engulf, and destroy pathogens and foreign substances in the body.
Blood type proteins are found on the surface of red blood cells. These proteins determine an individual's blood type and help the immune system recognize foreign invaders.

White blood cells, or leukocytes, protect the body from disease by defending against infections and foreign invaders. They can recognize and destroy harmful substances in the body, helping to keep us healthy.

A response of the body to an invasion of foreign substances is inflammation. The immune system will also produce more white blood cells and send them to the site of the infection.
Yes the Lymph Node filters waste substance and nutrients throughout your bodies bloodstream and passes it to your white blood cells which destroy the material.
