The british pop duo 'Wham!'
In all my research, here is what I have found: The words and music were penned by Niles Borop and Dwight Liles (whoever they are). Whether or not they originally performed the song I am unsure, but it seems from song Google searching that many people -- and even sheet music services -- accredit the song to the duo. I know they composed the song, however. The song was made famous by Kelly Nelon of "The Nelons" (also known as "The Rex Nelon Singers" -- named after Kelly's father, Rex Nelon, RIP). She sang the song to her husband in concert and since then it has been a popular Christian wedding song. I'm having it in my wedding. If I could sing, I'd sing it to my wife. :D
