You access itunes on your computer by opening up the file to where you've downloaded itunes to. You open the browser to where itunes has been saved and will restart your computer once you've clicked on it in order to add itunes onto your desktop.

Copy the music over to the computer you wish to play it on, and import it into iTunes. When you try to play the file, you will be prompted to enter the password for the account used to download the song. Once complete, the computer will be authorised. Remember, you can only authorise a maximum of 5 computers.
plug your ipod to the computer, open itunes, go to the Store tab and click authorize computer.

I want to change the itunes from my home computer to my laptop. When i went to sync my ipod to my laptop, it said to either transfer all the data to my ipod to this computer or delete and start new. I clicked transfer and it said i needed to authorize the computer. I did so and it said i successfully authorized it. Then when i went to sync it said i needed to authorize it! I even tried deauthorizing my last computer and it still said i needed to authorize it. Every time i authorize it, it said i haven't done so. Please help!
Yes, you can have more than one iPod per computer. However, you can only authorize your iTunes account on a maximum of 5 computers. If you want to use it on another, you must de-authorize it on one of the 5 and authorize it on the computer you want to use it on.
If you cannot access the computer you will have to de-authorize your account on your computer for ALL computers. Then re-authorize it again and go to your other computers and authorize them again. This is usually not an issue unless you are maxed out at five and want to add one.
iTunes Music LossAbsolutely. If you have iTunes 9 or 10, open your iTunes music player and click Store. Select Check for purchases. (This may be different for earlier versions of iTunes) If you want to transfer iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer, be sure to authorize the computer before connecting the device. To authorize, follow these steps:Open iTunes. From the Store menu, choose Authorize Computer.Enter your Apple ID or AOL screen name and password, then click the Authorize button. If the iTunes Store purchases on your device were purchased with multiple accounts, you will need to authorize the computer for each one.To transfer iTunes Store purchases from your device to a computer, follow these steps:Connect your device to the computer.Click the Transfer Purchases button. For iPod songs which were not purchased from the iTunes store, you will need to use third party software such as TouchCopy (www.touchcopy.com) to transfer them from your iPod, iPhone or iPad to your new iTunes.
Try to re-download it.
