It was 2am and on the following day he was going to fly to the US so he couldn't sleep. He turned on the tv and saw this documentary with the big girls going to a night club named the butterfly lounge, and thought that somebody needs to write them an anthem. So he muted the tv set and wrote the song in 15 minutes.
