The reason is that Holden wakes up finding Mr. Antolini stroking his forehead or something, which Holden suspects might be a homosexual "pass". Yet almost as soon as he is out of the apartment, Holden begins to ask himself if he might have been mistaken. At this point in the book, Holden is on the verge of a breakdown, and not able to think or reason completely clearly.
He has a nervous breakdown and ends up in an insane asylum.

Holden decides if a book is outstanding based on his like or dislike of the author. Holden states that there are some authors that he would just like to ring up and talk to. If he has this kind of friendly connection with an author then he feels justified in the fact that this book is outstanding. If not, he deems the book boring and that the author is just another "phony".
Holden tore up the composition because he became frustrated and angry when he found out that Stradlater had taken Jane Gallagher out on a date. He felt hurt and betrayed by his friend's actions and couldn't bring himself to give him the composition.
Holden forgot to take his composition home to rewrite the essay. Instead, he left it on the subway and hurriedly prepared to visit the Museum of Natural History with his younger sister, Phoebe.
Holden wrote a composition about his brother Allie's baseball glove for Stradlater, but Stradlater ended up criticizing it. This led to a physical fight between Holden and Stradlater in J.D. Salinger's novel "The Catcher in the Rye."

Mr. Spencer used a guilt-tripping technique by bringing up Holden's academic performance and lack of effort in his studies during a conversation, making Holden feel guilty and uncomfortable. This tactic was a way for Mr. Spencer to assert his authority and try to motivate Holden to take his studies more seriously.

Holden manages to sneak up to his apartment by "buzzing" one of the other tenants and following closely behind them as they enter the building, then quickly slipping past the doorman before he can properly see who Holden is. This allows Holden to reach his own apartment without being caught.
The tearing up of the will would be a breach of fiduciary duty. They are responsible to execute the will as written unless otherwise directed by the court.
