They're isn't a "real" fourth member. They're only 3, Billie Joe, Mike and Tre, just for the fact that they are the ones who created Green Day (Tre just a bit later). But you might be referring to Jason White and/or Jason Freese who are sessions ans touring members. Jason White is the guitarist and Jason Freese is the pianist.
