IF it's a small block- V-8 there are 2 plugs, one on each side of the motor beneath the Exaust manifolds-ABOUT in the middle of the motor & usally take a 9/16 inch socket 2 remove them-I install NEW petcocks instead of the plugs so as not to need sockets the next time-IF U are going 2 drain on a regular basis.
