The emperor scorpion lives in the desert like all desert animals.

Usualy a warm, tropical enviroment. They are forest dwellers of Central Africa. I've heard that if you have one as a pet, you should mist the tank with a water bottle every now and then. But even though they live in a tropical enviroment, the temperature of their tank should be around 70.
