Freddie Mercury's partner Jim Hutton is still alive and living in Ireland. Sadly, Jim Hutton, Freddie Mercury's lover at the time of his death passed away on January 1st 2010. May they both rest in peace.
Freddie mercury never got married, but had a long time lover named Mary Austin
"Lover of life; Singer of songs"
Since the 24th of November, 1991, Freddie Mercury has been dead. He was cremated, and the location of his ashes are known only to a past lover and longtime friend, Mary Austin.
No one knows for sure. According to Freddie's partner Jim Hutton, Mercury found out he had AIDS in 1987. That has always been the official word on the subject and I believe that Mary Austin and Peter Freestone have also confirmed this as fact. However, Freddie very likely acquired HIV at some point in the late 70s or early 80s. So he could have been symptomatic by the time of the Magic Tour. Roger Taylor said that he was under the impression that Freddie felt he might not be in the best of health at that time and that it would be the last Queen tour. So it's very possible. Freddie's former lover Barbara Valentin said that he was showing HIV symptoms in 1985-86, but I haven't heard this confirmed by anyone else close to Freddie.

Brian May gave him the nick name of Lover of Life, Singer of songs. It has to be noted that "Freddie Mercury" is actually a nickname. His real name was Farrokh Bulsara.
Haha no but you can get over them. Sadly, it takes time.
