Why do people hate the goth style?
People hate the goth style because they believe that indifference is disease and if one starts it then they will be the excluded individual instead of the goth. Just a side note I am goth so I have to deal with thus everyday.
Why do people turn to Goth?
People turn to goth for countless reasons, the same as someone decides to be Christian, gay, celebate, etc. Turning to goth is not a last resort, or like deciding to break the law, or move house... it is a decision that affects that person's lifestyle, and can have great impact. Reasons could be faith, boredom, style, interests, friends, etc. The only way to know why people are goth is to ask them individually, as neither goth nor reasons for being goth can be generalised and used in terms of all those involved. also and for me to hide somthin huge embaressing or to hide in the shadows

Goth has started as a very popular subculture in the 1980's. There are still some Goths around, but it is not that common as it was before. Nowadays, many people still belong to the Goth subculture, but there is not as many of them as it was in the 1980's.

goth is like someone that likes black and sometimes likes to be alone, they tend to listen to dark or sad music, they like to hand out with other Goth's and they are just like everyone else, they hang out with other Goth's which who are there friends they hang out every were. And yes i am goth but I'm a little different i like to hang out with alot of different kinds of groups too.

No. People are people, regardless of how they look or dress, or what their taste in music/film/literature is. Good and bad people come in all shapes and sizes, and it is best to judge a person by their actions and words.

You don't. Actually, really white people with black hair and lots of makeup look goth. I personally don't see how dark skinned people look goth.

It's because they want to be 'Cool' But there are NOT. That's called being a 'Poser'. Ask them how 'Goth' started if they DON'T know they are Not Goth, If they Can..... Well They ARE A Goth!

Goth was never exactly popular Act-ally it was a bit popular when in the early 20 centenary when new Goth songs where out with black roses death and witches like a Goth rock people where starting to get used to it but now the only people who like Goth are sad people who feel like the life has been crushed (The right word for it is sados)
