you can get them off various cinema websites, it all just depends on which cinema you wish to go to.
For example, if you are wanting to go to pacific place cinemas you go on to their website (AMC Cinemas) and then select the movie you want (HSM3) and then you can purchase them online and just collect them when you arrive at the theater.
Most cinemas are showing HSM3, but I strongly suggest you book now as the seats will sell out very quickly.
