Somerfield produce is widely available at many grocery stores in the midwest and they specialize in selling tomatoes, peppers and watermelon.
It was a renaming due to Gateway being in financial difficulty. Gateway itself was bought by a private company in 1989 and remained as Gateway, but after some financial difficulty, a rebranding/renaming was decided upon in 1994.
