Well, I pierced my nose myself and i was 13 years old. im 14 now and when i pierced it i didn't ice it or numb it. To tell you the truth i felt nothing. not even a pinch. so i can't really compare the pain to anything when there was no pain lol. But when i flare my nose now it tickles cuz of the stud :)
sore throat, running nose, high temperature, pain in joints/ice, wind, slippery roads, flu
No, he doesnt the original post for this question was made by an uninformed person, if you check his Wikipedia page, nowhere does it say he uses auto tune, even check his live performances they sound ALMOST like the real cd, because he doesnt use any voice tune program like T-PAIN does, compare him with T pain and compare with Akon, they do not sound like each other what so ever, if Akon used Auto tune he would sound like T-pain, so again Akon does NOT use auto tune he has a accent, cause he is African,Jamaican and some other races=awsome voice. AKON does not use Auto Tune :) T-Pain http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBrRBZy8OTs Akon http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbBo05ZpdoA Who sounds like a robot? T-PAIN! Akon is all vocal! All Akon does use is the echoing effect :)
Yes , I know from experience because I've just had my wisdom teeth extracted. They tell you not to smoke or " do anything with a sucking motion" because it may open the clots. I frequently smoke weed usually 3-4 times a week minimum. I found that pain killers didn't work for my extraction so I read online that you can prevent dry socket by inhaling through your nose instead. I inhaled 12-13 hours after extraction through my nose and still got the same high but I also exhaled the smoke through my nostrils. It burns a bit and would likely burn nose hairs or could cause nose bleeds in the future. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are trying to prevent dry socket and can not wait until healing.
If it causes severe pain I would call the poison control center...
here in al the first offense is 500.00 second offense i think fine doubles and license is suspended until fine is pain and proff of insurance is shown. try this site where you can compare quotes from different companies: insureinfo.us
it doesnt matter what side you get it, its the same amount of pain.. i didnt think it hurt untill i got to the last layer and that wasnt bad
You don't. Dogs don't get piercings. Plus, piercings on an animal would be considered animal abuse. It would cause unnecessary pain and could easily get infected.
depending on your pain threshold and where the piercing you're talking about is, the pain varies a lot. cartilidge hurts most, so that's your nose, the top half of your ear, and tragus/rook etc. normal flesh piercings like lobes don't hurt as much, they're more like a pinch (i'd say about a 3 on a scale of 1-10). lip piercings i would say are about a 4 out of 10. any other opinions for other piercings?
definitely. the nose is made up of cartilage, so any piercing through it is going to hurt. If you take some advil before the procedure, you should be fine. the pain is mostly in the moment of, not a lasting pain. Good Luck!
All piercings hurt to some degree. It all depends on your pain tolerance.
well yes piercings do tend to hurt..it really depends on your pain tolerence.. for example if you were to get your tongue pierced it wouldn't hurt when you get it pierced but you would feel pain after it and wouldn't be able to eat for a few days.. the reason piercings hurt is because a foreign object has entereed your skin and your body has to get used to it being there.. it does go red and puss's but that's only the healing.. but it does hurt.. but other than that piercings are a awesome thing to have. x (=
Does it hurt? Well all piercings involve some discomfort an minor split second pain. It comes down to your mind set, if you really want the piercing pain is not an option and should not deter you from getting what you want. Mind over matter, if you don't mind the pain doesn't matter.
Of all my facial piercings, the one that hurt the least was my eyebrow, but the one that hurt the most was my nose. But really despite the pain you should get what you really want, you'll appreciate it more :)
If you mean Septum (between your nostrils), yes it hurts, it's one of the most painful piercings. I don't know about a standard nose piercing though. I'd assume it's pretty up there on the pain scale as well.
All piercings hurt to some extent. It really depends on the persons pain tolerance not really their age. For me, ear piercings are the most quick and painless piercings.
Some negatives may include; it getting infected, the pain while in the process, or even changing the ring itself. Some people say getting their nose pierced is one of the worst pains. Getting my nose pierced hurt more than any of my other piercings. The first few weeks, you nose can get infected, and its not fun. If you change the nose ring too early it can infect it or make is sore so be careful when deciding to get your nose pierced. I hope this helped!
Any piercing will only hurt as bad as your pain tolerance will allow. If your pain tolerance is high, it may not hurt you. If its low, it may be a little uncomfortable. I can tell you that piercings through cartilage are a little more of a shock than other piercings. Its over within seconds, so you should be fine.
