A lot of Mozart's influences were from the famous composers of his time. Johann Christian Bach, Johann Schobert, Franz Joseph Haydn and many others would have been major influences on Mozart's compositional style. As Mozart grew older, he explored more the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Friedrich Handel.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's father, Leopold Mozart, definately had one of the biggest influences on him. He taught Wolfgang everything he knew about music, so he first composed in his father's style until he developed his own. Thy also travelled a lot; so the different cities, villages and even countries and general had their own particular "flare". And of course, Wolfgang would have heard the popular music of "the day", so he would know exactly how to write it, if you will.
