The melody part of the bagpipe (the chanter) has a double reed, so it could go under the sub-heading "double reed woodwind instrument" - but this depends on the source ethnicity of the instrument in question (the Scottish Highland Bagpipe has a double reed, whereas a Swedish bagpipe may not). :) Peace out!
