As a guitar teacher I can say yes, a 12 year old should play a full size guitar.
Depends on his/her height you can choose 3/4-size (if less than 5') or full size.
If I am correct in thinking that you meant a 10 year old child, It does not really matter what brand of guitar it is. What matters is the size. I recommend that you start out with a relatively cheap guitar just in case the child wants to back out later or accidentally breaks the guitar.
its smaller than a 1 and bigger than a two quarter
It really depends on how matured, physically, he/she is and how experienced they are. I am a male and I matured to a full size guitar when I was 12 so I would say yes. Just let them try it out :)

A half size classical nylon guitar. I work in a music store and that's what every five year old gets

Honey, I don't know what planet you're living on, but 10B is not a bra size. Maybe check your measurements again or invest in a good bra fitting. And at 13, focus on enjoying your youth and not stressing about bra sizes. Trust me, there are bigger things to worry about in life.
a good size quad for an avrage sized 12 year old not a fat one is a 125cc for kids
its smaller than a 1 and bigger than a two quarter
He bought this Martin guitar '69...guitar is 42 year old

Depends on the size of the child, take them along to a music shop and have them hold one.
