Of course there are two movies in which ABBA's music is central. Abba: The Movie (1977), one of the first films directed by Lasse Hallstrom, is based on the band's Australian tour that year. And Mamma Mia! (2008) is based on the stage play inspired by Abba's music.
Beyond that there are two important cult films in which Abba's music is important. Muriel's Wedding (1994) features five Abba tracks. (The lead character dreams that her life can be just as perfect as an Abba song.) And The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, about a couple of drag queens on a cross-Australia odyssey, features the song "Mamma Mia" as its finale. Both films are credited as helping to revive Abba's popularity in the 90s.
Abba songs have been featured in the soundtracks of several other films, notably "Does Your Mother Know" in Johnny English(2003); "Take a Chance on Me" in Get Smart (2008) and "Dancing Queen" in I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry (2007).
ABBA's music has been used in several Hollywood movies including the 2008 release of Mamma Mia. The Broadway play of the same name is in it's 12th year and a similar production in the UK.
There has never been a singer or group that has not had trouble with their music careers. Trouble-free careers happen only in the movies. Yes the group ABBA had their share of problems, which is probably why they have not been a group for over 30 years.
It is difficult to pinpoint which ABBA remake has been the most popular. Among some of ABBA's songs that are very popular as remakes are SOS, Dancing Queen and Waterloo. ABBA Teens, an ABBA tribute act, is a popular ABBA 'remake'.
No possible way. The group known as ABBA has not been together since 1982 or 1983. It no longer exists.
i think Abba sold more albums then Led Zeppelin. Abba sold 360 million albums to Led Zeppelin's 300 million. I think only Elvis, the Beatles sold more than ABBA. That's amazing considering how despised they were in the 80s in the U.S. but ABBA continues to sell like three million albums a year even now after they have been disbanded for more than 30 years

Because movies with sound hadn't been invented yet.

It has not been released yet. Probably when the movie comes out the soundtrack will come out.

Abba Eban was born on February 2, 1915 and died on November 17, 2002. Abba Eban would have been 87 years old at the time of death or 100 years old today.
Yes. In space, there is no sound. That's why they make sound effects to go along with the action movie. Btw ALL things like lasers, lightsabers, etc that hasn't been invented have been created by CGI.

I believe it was Super Trouper in 1980. But ABBA Gold has been on the top of the charts as a re-release and it continues to outsell world-wide.
ABBA of course and if you mean the movie it's the cast in the movie. Then there are different recordings from the different countries the musical has been performed in.
