Well you can go on the Gibson Guitars website and look for the guitar that Nick Jonas has. OR you have to first find out what guitar he has then search it in Ebay or something. I did that and found guitars like Nick Jonas', but there like thousands of dollars.
Generally, people refer to guitars by brand and model - not usually by color (as below). It appears that Nick is playing Valley Arts electric guitars in the Administration.
Valley Arts is a custom guitar shop/guitar maker from Nashville, TN. It is a popular brand with many elite Nashville guitar players. They were acquired by Gibson in 2002. Even though they look like Fenders (in this case, the T model, which is a ringer for a Fender Telecaster with a Humbucker in the rhythm position, like the Fender Albert Collins tele), except for the somewhat peculiar headstock, they are made in both the traditional Fender 25.5" neck and the Gibson 24.75" length. Considering Nick normally plays a Gibson SG electric, and Gibson acoustics, it is possible he's got the 7/8 scale models.
Technically, Valley Arts is a Gibson made guitar (even though they didn't start that way - not sure if they are now made in the actual Gibson Custom Shop or not), which makes sense since it might have been something of a betrayal for a member of the long time Gibson users Jonas Brothers to switch to another brand, especially Fender. There are many custom made hi-end guitar brands (generally $1500.00 plus) from the US that mimic Fender designs - Warmoth, USA Custom, Suhr, Musikraft, G &L, not to mention super-strat brands like Charvel, Jackson, etc.

Nicholas Jerry Jonas uses 3 different guitars in his band "Nick Jonas and The Administration" He uses a red electric for really crazy songs that include a lot of energy. He uses a 'new looking' acoustic for covers (covers- songs that he didn't write but is using in his own way, because he likes them). And he uses a Orange/black/brown (sunburst) electric that is well worn for others like 'Who I am'. Nick's shows are absolutely amazing and he is constantly changing guitars while he is preforming. I recently went and seen him at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee for his 3rd show on his 2010 tour. :) Hope it helped. <3

An Insulin pod on his side.
You can go to target or whatever and buy a fake one with their picture on it, You can get some on eBay but you can't get a guitar that Jonas brothers used unless you got one at a concert. But they usually use Gibson guitar picks so you could just buy one of those if that's what you wanted.
A Gibson Standard SG, and acoustic for some other songs :)
