There isn't a Radio Disney Station in the UK, but you can listen to it on iTunes. If you click Radio, then Top 40, then click Radio Disney, then it should be able to stream live to your computer. And you can also listen to it on your cellphone or smartwatch by using the TuneIn App. I use TuneIn to listen to Radio Disney. :)
