first take the fan clutch off by loosening the four nuts on the fan. Remove the fan pulley. You should be able to loosen the power steering pump bracket enough to get the right hand side of the pump out. Once the p.s. bracket is wiggled out of the way, it's four bolts and off she comes.
Loosen the 15mm nut that holds the pulley to the bracket then back off on the 13mm adjuster bolt.

Remove the tire cover (if it has one) remove the wheel lug(s) holding the rim to the mounting bracket - slide the tire off the bracket.
The relay is high on the engine side of the firewall on the drivers side of the car. The relay slides up off of the bracket, but is held in plce by a finger on the bracket The easiest way to remove it is to remove the two screws that hold the bracket inplace. Spring the center finger up and slide the relay off of the top of the bracket. Squeze in the plastic catch on the cable and unplug the cable.
