There a lot of musical instruments in the Philippines, and here are some of the ethnic musical instruments: The aerophones or the "flutes" like the bulungudyong, torotot , tulale, kalendag, kalaleng, talumpong, etc. Another example is the idiophones or the "gong" like the popular tambuli used by the Badjaos, pantig by the Ifugaos, pas-ing by the Igurots, pasiyak by the Visayans and many more. Next is the xylophones used by the Maguindanaons or what they call the "luntang" and the "gabbang" which is used by Badjaos, B'laan, Batak and Tausugs.
