No, there is no "Oscar's Best Original Songs" or the like. There are too many tunes to fit on one CD, and aside from that, the rights to all those songs belong to almost as many individuals or music companies. They'd all have to allow the music to be put on a given CD, and they'd be difficult if not impossible to sign.
