Sure! There are and have been scores of Latin country artists. My favorite is (was) Freddy Fender who's real last name was Huerta. He sang both country and pop in English and Spanish and sometimes both as in his beautiful rendition of "Before The Next Teardrop Falls". Freddy died last year and the world lost one of the best singers I ever heard. In South Texas he was known as the Mexican Elvis. In fact there are so many Latin American and Mexican country artists and bands that it's difficult to know start. You might want to give a listen to Roberto Pulido, El Tigris Del Norte, Los Relampagos (The Lightning Bolts), Johnny Rodriguez and Little Joe and The Family.
Another of my favorites is The Country Roland Band fronted by Roland Hernandez from McAllen, Texas.
