The Autographs found on the photos inside your MileyWorld membership packets are indeed Miley's signature. Unfortunately it is NOT authentic. What you receive in your package is only a photo copy of the original so your particular photo was not actually touched by Miley herself. Instead she signed a photo, and thousands were copied and printed just to go in membership packets. The letters you'll find in your packet isn't hand writing at all its simply a typed letter to contain your name, and also is not autographed.
Please understand Miley is a very busy girl and has thousands of fans in her fan club, and that would require a lot of her time to sign that many autographs. Although she would love to personally sign every packet it just isn't an option.
Although your photos in your packet are not original you can always keep an eye out on MileyWorld because there is always contests where you can win AUTHENTIC autographed merchandise which was personally touched, and signed by Miley herself.

I have a MileyWorld, and I guarantee it's not a rip off. You get a lot of things in the package, like a cool membership card, a few posters a photo copied signed poster, a letter to you with her signature, (once again, done online, not a signature with marker or pen) but that's just what I got for that year, each year you get something different. Also, the website, is really cool, there's a chatroom, you get the first look at a lot of videos she makes for her fans, there's this thing where you can write to her on the site, she has a blog, and so does her mom, there's games on it, a trivia quiz about her. It's definitely not a rip off. :D
