no p2p downloading is legal, downloading someone else purchased CDs is legal. Legal downloading is when you purchase the music but, remember just because you have purchased the music does not mean you can share it. Off the air recordings from the radio, TV is legal providing you do not sell them. Recording movies or music from cable is legal also providing you do not sell them. Can you share the movies and music you record from cable, the answer is yes. Is it legal to record off the internet from a radio station, I would believe that it would be but not yet approved or not approved.
No, using blubster is not legal. It is a file-sharing program that features free torrent downloads for music and movies.

I wouldn't suggest downloading songs or movies off the internet because you could get a virus and it's illegal.
The 2 websites I know aren't exactly for downloading, as far as I know none exist for free. Pandora.com creates a radio station based off of what you like and what you don't like songza.com you can look up any song and make a playlist
No...
I have not heard of any kind of website that you can download music from for free that's not illegal. You'd be better off buying off iTunes or Amazon MP3 then get caught up in the law for downloading free music because its a federal law that you cannot as far as I know
