Yes and no!! New album due out October 2014 but of stuff done about the time of Division Bell with Richard wright. But maybe a new album (please) could be made with David Gilmour and Nick Mason. Roger Waters still active so never say never.

So, Roger Waters, Nick Mason, and David Gilmour are still alive. All are still touring to some extent; Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets is essentially a cover band that plays the early (pre-Dark Side of the Moon) Pink Floyd material.

David Gilmour and Nick Mason are alive and well. Roger Waters is touring 'The Wall' in 2010.
Yeah Pink Floyd is still alive thanks to God and i love them they are the most creative people.
